Please note that the WhatsApp groups listed below are informal resident groups and are not managed, moderated, or monitored by CCRMO or the Management Board. They exist to help residents communicate with one another and share information of local interest.
 

Some board members may be members of these groups because they are also residents of the estate. When participating in these groups, they do so in their personal capacity as residents, not in their role as board members. Views, comments, and discussions within these groups should therefore be considered resident-to-resident communications and do not constitute official CCRMO statements, decisions, or policy.
 

From time to time, a board member or office representative may share estate-related information within a group at the request of the CCRMO office. However, unless explicitly stated otherwise, discussions and responses within the groups remain informal resident conversations.
 

For official information, policy matters, complaints, or requests for action, residents should contact the CCRMO office directly.
